Collin County Market Statistic – November 2017

Collin County continues to be in a hot seller’s market. Year to date average sales price increases 6.5% and closed sales increases 4.5%.  Days on the market increases as well from 35 days in 2016 to 40 days in 2017.  Even with this 5 days increase, it is still very well in seller’s market.
